Welcoming Miguel Coelho as General Manager

​We are very pleased to reintroduce Miguel Coelho, as IJP Tennis's new General Manager.  Miguel brings a wealth of experience in tennis coaching and the racquet sports industry.  He has been a friend of IJP Tennis for many years, and partnered with us last year with the addition of his JET program to the IJP Tennis lineup.

​Miguel is a native of Portugal, and since 1997, he has worked at clubs and academies in Portugal, Spain, and the US.  He has trained players of all levels and ages, from preschool students to touring pros (ATP, WTA, ITF).  He is a USTA National Coach and a member of the USTA Southwest Coaches Commission.  Miguel holds a master's degree in high-performance tennis from UCAM Catholic University of Murcia (Spain) and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Arizona.  His passion for tennis is evident and we are confident that he will continue to uphold the high-quality coaching and programming that you’ve come to expect.
